Shipping Terms:
Shipping and Handling: FREE within the Lower 48 United States. All other locations, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipping Insurance: All of our products are shipped 100% insured against damage and loss. If you receive a damaged product, please let us know by email and we will arrange for the product to be picked up at the address that it was delivered to. We will pay shipping to have the item returned to our facility. Once we have received the item back, we will ship a replacement immediately, provided stock is available.
Warranty and Return Policy:
All of our products are sold with at least a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty. If you receive an item that becomes inoperative within the manufacturer's warranty period, you will be required to exercise your warranty directly with the manufacturer for the repair or replacement of the product. We will not accept product returns which are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
