Return and Warranty

Built-to-order items such as exhaust fans, fans, heaters, cab enclosures, etc, CANNOT be returned. If a return is authorized, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Code will be required. Returns are subject to a 20% to 30% restocking fee, plus original/return shipping.

All of our products are sold with at least a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty.  If you receive an item that becomes inoperative within the manufacturer's warranty period, you will be required to exercise your warranty directly with the manufacturer for the repair or replacement of the product.  We will not accept product returns which are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

If a refund is approved, you may return the new and unused item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping carrier; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the return carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
