Designed for flammable material handling applications such as refinery companies, vegetable oil plants and paint companies. These portable evaporative cooling systems are ideal for hazardous environments where high volume air flow is needed. Easily attaches to an air compressor (not included) for air filtration; no motor required. Durable plastic and aluminum materials and no moving parts help prevent sparking and accidental explosion in highly combustible areas. One-piece molded polyethylene housing with integral leak-resistant internal water tank and amplifier venturi ring. Filter features filter regulator lubricator for long life. Features an aluminum support frame with pneumatic swivel casters for easy mobility. Water supplied to internal tank through standard 3/4" hose. Hazardous Location protection for Class 1, Division 1, Groups C & D. Includes a 14 gallon water tank and delivers up to 4,898 CFM. Horsepower rating based upon maximum speed/load.

Staff comments:

We constantly use this cooler in our painting area of the Manufacturing Department. After 5 years of use, it is still going strong. It is extremely user-friendly, we simply attach an air compressor for filtration and a standard garden hose for water and we are ready to work.

 

 

 

Shipping Terms


Shipping and Handling:  FREE within the Lower 48 United States. All other locations, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipping Insurance:  All of our products are shipped 100% insured against damage and loss.  If you receive a damaged product, please let us know by email and we will arrange for the product to be picked up at the address that it was delivered to.  We will pay shipping to have the item returned to our facility.  Once we have received the item back, we will ship a replacement immediately, provided stock is available.

Warranty and Return Policy


All of our products are sold with at least a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty.  If you receive an item that becomes inoperative within the manufacturer's warranty period, you will be required to exercise your warranty directly with the manufacturer for the repair or replacement of the product.  We will not accept product returns which are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
